Elena Rudkovskaya

Elena Rudkovskaya is the HR Director, member of the strategic council for organisational development, consultant, trainer and coach.

Education: practicing psychologist, certified for 32 training courses in various areas of business, studied personnel management in the USA.

Over her 10 years of practical work in the staff management area Elena implemented approximately 20 large business projects, including creation of personnel management systems, organisational structure optimisation, creation of a hiring and adaptation system, creation of staff motivation and assessment systems, creation of a corporate academy (training centre), development and implementation of a strategic planning system for the company operations etc.
